NEWTOWN, Conn. — U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy visited Wind Hardware in Newtown on Friday.

The Democratic junior senator toured the facility and talked with employees about "making sure we have fair trade policies," according to a Tweet at @ChrisMurphyCT.

Murphy had worked with Newtown-based engineering company Wind Hardware to combat trade fraud and grow business opportunities for Connecticut companies. He met with employees to discuss strengthening business opportunities and protecting other Connecticut companies from fraudulent trade activity.
